Rules & Regulations * Allotment Of Space Depends Upon The Availability Terms & Condition The Registration for participation in the fair will be only post receiving all post-dated cheques along with fully filled registration form. Management reserves the right to cancel bookings for which payments are not received in time or in case Cheques are dishonoured. The Fair Timing will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all days. No painting work allowed in the premises during the setup or event days. Stall height will be maximum 10 feet’s front fascia & 8 feet’s all inner wall, including raiser if any. Exhibitors are permitted to install LED wall in their stall with prior written intimation & permission from RED SCOOTER EVENTS, at a extra cost as per size of the LED wall. Soft music will be permitted in the stall provided it does not disturb/cause any inconvenience to the fellow exhibitors. The Organizer reserves the rights to ask the exhibitor to stop playing the music if any complaint of fellow exhibitors. All Exhibitors are requested to appoint only licensed contractors to carry out any kind of work in their stall. Garments / Textiles brought into the exhibition area will not be permitted to be taken outside the exhibition premisses till the end of the fair. Company staff members need to compulsory wear shoes inside the Exhibition Venue. If any last moment changes by Venue management, same will be applicable to participants without any prior notice. Nothing is to stick in Venue Premises, Walls, Doors & Furniture. Company owner is totally responsible for any kind of damage & should bear the damage cost during the exhibition if any. Any Person found consuming food or alcohol at the venue would incur a penalty. The brand owner should be responsible and pay that penalty. Gutkhas, Cigarettes, Liquors, Glasses, Agarbati, Candles, Cello-tapes etc. are not allowed in the venue. Person found with these the Venue management has the rights to boycott him on the spot. Participants should collect the PARTICIPANT BATCHES to allow them to enter into Venue. It is compulsory for the participants and their representatives to wear the BATCH at all the time during fair hours. If any participant does not check out on given time than would incur a penalty. Participants are requested not to keep any publicity material outside the stall, if any such thing found participants are liable to pay the penalty. Insurance of the exhibitors & their display stuff will be responsibility of the Individual exhibitor. The organizers shall not be responsible in any way for the personal injury to the exhibitor or his/her staff, agents or licensees, however caused. In case of fair being Cancelled, Postponed or Suspended in Whole or in Part for cause not in the ‘Organizer’s’ control, the organizer will not accept any consequent liability or cancellation of participation in the fair. In such eventuality, loss/Expenses incurred by the RED SCOOTER EVENTS towards the organization of the fair shall be shared amongst the participants and shall be binding on all participants.
